Fraction simplifier

Here today i am here to explain you fraction simplifier, look at some simple fraction problems which has been simplified below.

Problem 1:

solve simple fraction: 2/4 / 2/8

Solution:

Given 2/4 / 2/8

= 2 /8 = 8 /2 alternate second fraction up-down

= 2 /4 * 8 /2

= 2 *8 / 4 *2 = 16 /8 multiply reciprocal of second fraction and first fraction

= 16 /8 = 2 simplify the fraction

Therefore, the last simple fraction is 2 or 2/1

Many such simple example will be back shortly. Let me know what is the square root of 125 if you are aware of.

easy math problems

When i work on hard math problems i use to always think hope i get some math help. I use search of methods to get math help, but earlier we did not have the facility which is available today.

I use to request my friends to sit with me and study so that i learn with them. I used to ask my teacher to explain me again and again because i never followed her in the class. Some times my teacher use to do if for me but not all the times. I use to feel very sad for that.

Now my daughter is able to work on algebra 2 worksheets quickly and that's because of the math help we get these days. I hope this help i would have received earlier and i did not have to ask some one to help me...Thank you again to the new technology.

How to add fractions

I have some simple examples to discuss with you how to add fractions...look below for the examples......I had explained you how to do division of fractions earlier.

The below problem will help you understand the concept.

How do u add these fractions 3/4 and 2/4?

Solution:

Step 1: Check the denominator of the two fractions are same.

Here the denominators of the fraction are same.

Step 2: Add the numerator of the two fractions.

(3 + 2) / 4 = 5 /4

Step 3: Simplify is not possible.

Answer: 3 / 4 + 2 / 4 = 5 /4.

Before you start working on add fractions, understand this post which will be useful.

irregular polygon

I have come up with a grade 4 math topic called the polygon. First lets learn the definition of a polygon and then lets learn what are regular and irregular polygon as well.

Definition of polygon:- Its a closed geometrical figure with three or more straight lines that meet in pairs in same vertices. The sum of all the interior angles is 180 degree and the sum of the exterior angles are 360 degree.

Now lets go ahead with the definition of the two different types of polygon.

Definition for regular polygon:
A regular polygon is defined by the angles and the sides are equal

Definition for irregular polygon:
A irregular polygon is defined as the angles and the sides are not equal and it’s the opposite of the regular polygon’s.

maths past papers

I came across a few commonly asked questions in maths past papers which i have mentioned below. We been discussing on various math questions till date and solved them also.

Look below for the simple examples which are asked in previous papers.

Example 1:

Multiply: ( x + 9) ( x + 5 )

Solution:

( x + 9 ) ( x + 5 ) = x ( x + 5 ) + 9 ( x + 5 )

= x2 + 5x + 9x + 45

= x2 + 14x + 45

Example 2:

Calculate the perimeter of rectangle with the length and width are 12 cm and 14 cm.

Solution:

Perimeter = 2( l+ w )

= 2( 12 + 14 )

= 2 (26)

= 52 cm

Now start looking for more questions once you finish it start checking math answers..and if you have any topic that i can discuss with you..keep me informed.

Free algebra help

I am here today to solve some free algebra 2 homework help for my friends how asked for help. I will solve some simple problem which will help you understand the concept perfectly.

Lets solve algebra 2 answers below.

Solve the given math algebra 1 problem for step by step use the elimination method.

14x + 44y = 116

18x + 22y = 80

Solution:

Within a problem, we have to eliminate any one variable,

First we are going to increase (multiply) the equation 2 with 2

14x + 44y = 116

36x + 44y = 160 (subtracting)

- 22x = -44

x =2

Next we are going to alternate (Substitute) the value of x on equation 1.

14(2) + 44y = 116

28+44y=116

44y=88

Y=2

The final answer is x = 2,y = 2.

Once you work on some more similar problem get that checked by algebra 2 answers online, if you are wrong you can correct yourself. Bye....

1 pound in dollars

I have a simple example which will help you understand how to convert 1 pound in dollars. This will help you when you go out to shop. So understand the concept well.

We been understanding other concepts of mathematics by working simple problems of mathematics lets look at the example below.

Example:-

If you are on a visit to United States of America, but you belong to England. You have with you 350 pounds. You go to the nearby shopping mall and buy a wine. The rate of wine is 200 dollars, what is the amount left with you now.

Solution:

Formula for converting pounds to dollar

1 pound 1.51 dollars

Multiplied by 350 for both sides

350 pounds 528.5 dollars

Now you give 350 pounds to shopper.

528.5 - 200 dollars = 328.5 dollars converted into pounds.

Answer: The amount left with you is 328.5 $

Look at the example, there are a few things that you observe in this example carefully such as look at how to convert1 pound in dollars along with the formula to do so. The other things i would like you to see is the dollar sign or $ this is the symbol used for dollar. We have many more math signs you will come across every day

Greater than sign

Good morning my little friends, look at the frogs here------> What do they say?

These frogs show you the greater than sign and lesser than sign here. Do you know what are these signs? We have learn t a lot about different numbers previously now lets learn these great than or lesser than signs in detail.

These signs gives us the difference in the numbers which is an essential concept in mathematics. In mathematics the symbol for "what or which is greater than"is ">"

The example below will help you understand this concept better.

George has 10 chocolates and Jane has 7
chocolates. Write this statement by using greater than sign.

Solution:

George: Number of chocolates = 10

Jane : Number of chocolates =7

7 is a lower value. Hence the statement is written as 10 >7.
This concept is useful to the higher grades as it is useful to my 5th grade math friends.

Check it out and let me know your comments on this and look how George is enjoying the chocolate below.
